Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order is processed and shipped, cancellation is not possible.
To cancel an order, customers must contact us immediately after placing the order.
If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued.
If already shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
