Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  1. Product received is damaged
  2. Wrong product delivered
  3. Product lost in transit

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).

Once verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Opened or used products
  3. Incorrect address provided by customer

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
